Elevator 34-150

The elevator provides a sophisticated application to illustrate the principles of PLC interfacing and control based on a real life application. Starting with simple programme sequences to control elevator speed, direction and floor arrival/departure, the student can progress to advanced floor request handling and continuous (analogue) control with acceleration profiling and compensation for varying car loads.

Process Instrumentation Trainer 38-023

Modern control devices and sensors are becoming increasingly complex and functionally very powerful.
To expose students to these devices and give them experience in the selection and utilisation of them Feedback has designed this process training rig.
All the devices used in this system are based on industrial sensors and actuators. This unit has been specifically designed to give students hands-on experience of industrial control devices and systems. Based on a mobile trolley that incorporates all electrical, water (including a water heater) and air supplies, the system provides a totally self-contained unit.

Amplifiers and Oscillators Workboard 53-210

This workboard allows the construction of various Amplifiers, Oscillators and Signal Sources. The workboard is supported by Discovery Interactive Software which uses its computer-based instrumentation to show the principles of R-C, L-C and crystal oscillators, feedback, loop gain, amplitude stabilisation, oscillation, distortion and spectrum frequency stability. Using the PC instrumentation Nyquist and Bode diagrams can be easily shown.
